Any account or user found engaging in abusive or fraudulent activities will have their pending claims cancelled and may be permanently banned.

4. Limitation of Liability

Labhkart is not responsible for product quality, manufacturing defects, warranty services, or delivery delays caused by partner merchants.
In no event shall Labhkart be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your transactions with third-party sellers.
