Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Labhkart. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Labhkart operates as an affiliate marketing and cashback facilitator. We provide referral links to third-party stores.
When you click a link and buy a product, we may earn an affiliate commission from the retailer, a portion of which we share with you in the form of cashback.
Product prices, availability, offers, and specifications displayed on Labhkart are subject to change without notice and may vary slightly from the partner merchant's live listing.

To be eligible for cashback:

You must use the link provided on Labhkart and complete the purchase in the same session without visiting other coupon or affiliate websites.
You must provide authentic proof of purchase (Order ID, purchase date, invoice, and delivery confirmation) via the How to Claim Cashback form.
The merchant must track and approve the referral transaction.
The product must not be returned, refunded, or rejected.

Labhkart strictly prohibits:

Submitting fake, altered, or duplicate Order IDs or invoices.
Creating multiple duplicate accounts to exploit promotional cashback programs.
Using unauthorized bots, automated scripts, or fraudulent bulk-ordering practices.

Any account or user found engaging in abusive or fraudulent activities will have their pending claims cancelled and may be permanently banned.

Labhkart is not responsible for product quality, manufacturing defects, warranty services, or delivery delays caused by partner merchants.
In no event shall Labhkart be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your transactions with third-party sellers.

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.
