All order processing, packaging, shipping, tracking, and physical delivery are handled entirely by the seller or platform where you completed your checkout.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines, shipping costs, and courier partners depend entirely on the seller/merchant and your delivery pin code.
For delivery tracking, order dispatch updates, or delay queries, please log into your account on the merchant’s website or app where the purchase was completed.
4. Cashback Status vs. Product Delivery
Your cashback claim will only become Verified & Approved after the physical delivery of your order is confirmed by the merchant and the return/exchange period has expired without return or cancellation.
